- sponsor placement remains subject to editorial fit and community standards

6) Refunds and cancellations
Sponsor and partner purchases are generally non-refundable once benefits, listings, or promotional placements have begun.
Cancellation requests for future renewal periods must be submitted before the next annual renewal cycle.
